Is composed of:
• Monocoque chassis in CNC machined steel
• Useful size: 1320x2600x200 mm.
• Bench formed by grooved aluminum plate on the entire working surface of 20 mm with 41 grooves to house the fastening elements of the materials to be machined.
• XYZ: Square guides of 25 mm with 12 linear bearings HGW25.
• Z: Rolled ball screw with 20 mm ball recirculation nut and BK / BF supports.
• X axis: Double motor (one in each guide) Gantry system with precision planetary gearbox, helical rack and temptered and rectified pinion.
• Y axis: Motor with precision planetary gearbox, helical rack and temptered and rectified pinion.
• Z axis: Direct drive motor to the spindle, with 20 mm ball recirculation nut.
• TeknoMotor 2 Kw AF milling engines, with 2.2 Kw Mitsubishi inverter and variable speeds from 0 to 18,000 rpm. Tool holder by ER20 Clamp that allows a tool diameter of 1 to 12 mm.
• 4 Hybrid engines with Encoder.
