• Monocoque chassis in CNC machined steel.
• Useful size: 1500x3000x200 mm.
• Bench formed by grooved aluminum plate on the entire working surface of 30 mm with grooves to house the clamping elements of the materials to be machined.
• X: 30 mm square guides. with 32 HGR30R linear bearings.
• Y: 25 mm square guides. with 32 HGR25R linear bearings.
• Z: Square guides of 25 mm with 2 linear bearings HGR25R.
• X, Y: Rolled ball screw with 40 mm ball recirculation nut. and 30 mm BK and BF supports.
• Z: Rolled ball screw with 20 mm ball recirculation nut and 15 mm BK and BF supports.
• X axis: Double direct drive motor to the spindle, with ball recirculation nut.
• X1, X2: Panasonic A5-1,5 Kw-Al engines
• Y axis: Direct drive engine to the spindle, with ball recirculation nut.
• Y1: Panasonic A5-1,5 Kw-Al motor.
• Z axis: Direct drive motor to the spindle, with ball recirculation nut.
• Z1: Panasonic A5-1,5 Kw-Al-FM engine
• Changer TeknoMotor engine ATC71-B-HSK-F63-LN, 6.6 Kw, with Mitsubishi 7.5 kW inverter. and variable speeds from 0 to 24,000 rpm. Tool holder by ER20 Clamp that allows a tool diameter of 1 to 12 mm.
• 4 AC Digital Drivers. MDDHT3420.
