Formed by a group of 3 axes (x, y, z) interpolated for the realization of high performance machining on profiles of non-ferrous materials and also has 18 positioners that allow independent movement on the X and Z axes. a set of 9 movable manually jaws for a better grip of the piece.

• Monocoque chassis in CNC machining steel for the zone of machining and cut.
• Approximate useful size of the machining area: 3100x350x150 mm.
• X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8 and X9: Transmission of the linear movement through rack-and-pinion of high precision.
• Y-YS: Rolled ball screw with 20 mm ball recirculation nut and BK / BF supports.
• Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7, Z8 and Z9: Laminated ball screw with 20 mm ball recirculation nuts and BK / BF supports.
• Axle X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8 and X9: Servo Motor with built-in gearbox and direct transmission to the shaft.
• Y-YS axis: Servo engine with direct transmission to the spindle, with ball-re-circulating nut of 20 mm.
• Axis Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7, Z8 and Z9: Servo Motor with direct transmission to the spindle, with ball re-circulation nut of 20 mm.
• 9 TeknoMotor 2.0 Kw AF milling engines, with 25 Kw Mitsubishi inverter and variable speeds from 0 to 18,000 rpm. Tool holder by ER20 Clamp that allows a tool diameter of 1 to 12 mm.
• 20 inductive positioning sensors.

• Special security enclosure by means of a folded sheet metal enclosure with emergency stop of the machine in case of door opening.
