KSD PRO II-V 2055 3H + C, is a milling machine of numerical control CNC, professional, of high performance, of three axes with vertical bench (table of work) and mobile bridge with displacement on all the useful surface of work, where the three milling engines and the cutting saw are housed in a single head. Professional vacuum system with two suction turbines and eight differentiated and independent work surfaces. Pneumatic positioning system with retractable stops on the work surface and retention of anti-fall material on the lower part and individual chip extraction system for each pre-installed milling engine.

• Monocoque chassis in CNC machined steel.

• Vacuum table composed of: double plate of 12 mm KN BD rectified and DM diaphragm of 4 mm. Double perforated system.
• X: 25 mm square guides with 12 linear HGW25 bearings.
• Y: Rolled ball screw with 20 mm ball recirculation nut and BK / BF supports.
• Z: Three rolled ball screws with 20 mm ball recirculation nuts and BK / BF supports.
• X axis: Double servomotor (one in each guide) Panasonic AC220 (Gantry system) with precision planetary gearbox, helical rack and tempered and machined pinion.
• Y axis: Panasonic AC220 servomotor with precision planetary gearbox, helical rack and tempered and machined pinion.
• Z axis: AC220 Panasonic servomotor with direct transmission to the spindle, with 20 mm ball recirculation nut.
• 3 TeknoMotor 2.0 Kw AF milling engines, with 2.2 Kw Mitsubishi inverter and variable speeds from 0 to 18,000 rpm. Tool holder by ER20 Clamp that allows a tool diameter of 1 to 12 mm.
